Comment by Crystal: I have had a similar experience. But the girl was not on a tricycle she was just standing there and I was confused to why she was there. So I literally did a U-turn and when I got closer she wasn't there and I am sometimes scared to pass by there because I think she will appear again.
Comment by Karla: Omg. I just saw that little girl a few days ago (3-10-2018). I was shocked because she was by herself as well. I don’t pass by there anymore.

At La Verne I would see shadows at my bedroom door, and I see him every month. He would watch me till I feel asleep. My house was haunted. When I had a garage sale we noticed hand writing on one of the shelves in the closet and hand prints on the wall. The writing said I died here with six tally marks. Then we found out the last person who lived there died with her grandma. I have my sibling to prove it.
