My husband and I have lived in San Juan Capistrano for about ten years now (since 2005). Upon purchasing our estate in the hills of SJC, we took the property down to the studs and rebuilt it. During that time (over a year), we had many contractors, designers and various laborers work on the property that told us the place was haunted. There were many sightings by these people such as a cell phone flying off the window ledge in the living room and spinning around

the floor, in circles. They also mentioned unexplained figures peering out of the living room window, yet upon investigation, nobody was there. They heard
|
babies crying and footsteps up and down the stairs at all hours of the night (no babies or people in the home. ) They had dark shadow figures showing up all the time and so on.
Being a skeptical person of such things, I was never truly convinced of such things until living here. Yes, it's all true. There are many spirits that haunt our estate in SJC. The first of our family members to spot them was our dog. He would growl, turn his head, and
