I don't have any photographs but my daughter and I experienced something at a building located on Fourth Street in Santa Rosa. On Friday November 29 2013 my daughter (8 years old) and I were at the T.R. Tea House for her birthday lunch and while we were waiting for our hostess my daughter started getting very upset and started telling me something was licking her arm and it wouldn't stop.

When we finally got past that she started laughing at a man behind me making funny faces but I couldn't see anyone there. I started feeling a little uneasy and got a lump in my throat that wouldn't go down.

Not sure what this was but there was some type of energy that my daughter was experiencing for sure.
