Comment by Cobra Commander: Honestly I do know of a house on Ashby Road up there that had a murder suicide in it. It involved the husband killing his wife then the husband killing himself. I don't remember the address but I have driven past it a few times.
A realtor told me when it was listed on the market because California state law requires realtors and property owners to disclose any deaths that occurred on a property before selling it.

Comment by Joe: Lots of weird stuff has been going on in that house. Door knobs would turn with nobody there. We would hear pounding noises in the attic and noises in all closets of the house. People don't stay there long at all.

Comment by Anonymous: Can you please tell me the address. Is it a green house? People move in and sometimes move out in 2 months. The house was just rented like 2 weeks ago and there already moving out. I've seen at least 4 or 5 different people move in and out in the last 10 months.
Comment by Isabella: @Joe, everything that you have said has happened to my family and me. There's a door that goes out to the back yard in one of the rooms that was my sister's room. The door knob would turn almost every night, and she has woken up with her blankets hovering over her. When she woke up she had human bite marks on her arms.
