That's not the only thing that happened in that house. Throughout the time that I was living there my bedroom would always make creaking noises. I knew in my gut that it wasn't the house settling, but it was something there.
Later when I moved out of the house, and I would watch the house when my parents would go to Vegas. One time when I went to check on the house I walked into the family room absent mindedly but was quickly surprised

when the big TV turned on by itself. This TV was an older model, so it had no timer features that would turn on automatically. I didn't check the rest

of the house. I just left.
Other family members have moved in or often come over to the house and experienced their own scary encounters. My daughter and step-sister told me that when my daughter lived there, the kitchen light would wane off then on. One time a battery operated toy would come on all by itself in the living room, but there were no batteries in it. They would often see shadow figures in the corner of their eye in the hallway too.
