We lived in Simi Valley for one year in 2013 until 2014, a house north of Cochran and east of 1st Street. When we saw the house we really liked it, but the day we moved in was when I realized we made a mistake. I didn't speak up, just kept it to myself. screen door that was not on a spring, so you had to close it manually. I did not have the garage door open.
There was no wind. Right in front of

me the screen door closed and latched as I watched in horror. I thought my husband was playing a trick on me, so I called out his name, no response. I finally got the nerve to open the screen door, and I went looking for him thinking he was hiding and playing a joke on me. I found him in the front yard, fixing a sprinkler head.
The first week we realized we had a bird's nest on the front porch with baby birds. The next day the mother was lying
