Comment by Torrey: Very scary place linked to a shadow demon.

I live on W. Acacia by Victory Park. I live in an old house that had been built in 1925. The house was last bought in 1999, by my stepdad. He lived in the house before as a resident renting a room, until everyone moved out. One of the people that moved out used to be his ex girlfriend, which her grandma used to own the place. But no one can tell me anything of its history, because they can no longer remember or have not known. I'm very curious because in the master bedroom, there is a really strong eerie feeling, even walking by it. I also know that a man had been here. There is a hat in the basement that does not belong to anybody but I'm too afraid to move and disturb it because of what my friends and I have already experienced.

When I used to sleep in the breakfast nook, my friend told me she saw a dark, boy figured shadow at the entrance to the kitchen when I went to the bathroom. Scared, she closed the door that was a slide plastic door. Then, later, she went to the bathroom, and sure enough, it appeared. I thought it could just be a stupid creepy pasta thing messing with me, like habit or the collection. But I think I'm wrong.
Before that, I woke in the middle of the night to a scratching on my desk. Curious, I climbed off my bunk and checked the noise. It stopped. It kept happening so I got my step dad up to have him check. He waited five minutes and nothing happened. Angered, I went on my bed as he left, and it began again. The next morning the corner of my desk had been ruined, picked at.

The scariest of all that happened was when I was doing dishes. I was turning to place a mug in the dish washer when I saw something in the corner of my eye. A man was beside the door to the laundry room, beside the fridge. I yelped, leaping back blinking my eyes, almost breaking one of my mother's favorite coffee mugs. He disappeared after the first blink. Sick inside, cold and sweaty I ran into the living room where my stepfather and friend were watching TV. I believed the hat belonged to the gentleman, who was dressed casually, quite old.

One thing I noticed about the encounter was that the hairs on the back of my neck stood up, making it impossible to not be able to detect negative energy. That's how I know when it's around. One thing I remember seeing when I was younger, in the basement, was a green swirling mist like a portal looking figure on the wall, to another room. I also remember hearing screeching from the green mist, though I am still unsure if that was a dream, though I even remember everything that day, to side against the idea. Though I will never forget the man.
