When I was about 11 years old I was living in a two bedroom 1 bath apartment. I lived with my two older sisters and mother and father they all slept in a room but me I slept in the living room. We always had the stove light on so it was always bright. I woke one night not sure on what time but I looked and I thought I saw my father walk into the kitchen, and so I got up and walked into the kitchen. There was no one there, I knew it couldn't be possible because I saw a shadow or a black figure walk by. I thought it was just my eyes so I assumed it was my father because he went to work so early. So I looked at the time it was not 3 am yet. I went back on the couch troubled, it felt like thousands of spiders crawling on me. I stayed still with my legs criss-cross, apple sauce on the couch. I couldn't blink, it felt like I was just sitting there for 5 mins. But my father turned the lights on and was getting ready for work, he saw me, asked me what am I doing up? I was frozen, I couldn't speak and or move. He put his hand on my shoulder then all of a sudden I felt free. I don't know what happen that night but I never forgot it, also my grandmother passed a few months ago shortly after my door closed by itself, I do believe it was her.
