In 1992 between April 01 - April 31 1992 we moved into a condo apartment on the corner of E Anderson st and Sutter st. The first years we moved in it was quite quiet. Nothing going bump in the night.
But the one day our landlord came and want to take something out from the basement and I went to help him take out what he trying to get. And while I'm in there as in the basement my body shivers from head to toe because what I see in there shocks me, scares the hell out of me. There was an empty coffin in the basement. And in are garage, has a 3 door garage, the first one belong to my neighbor, the middle one belongs to us, and the 3rd one belong to the landlord or whoever, and the 3rd car is a coffin carrier for funeral home.

It scared me half to death. Well once I saw it roll out of the garage. After that day on stuff start to go bumping in the night and morning as well. There was this one time I was home alone because my folk they went to the casino to play slot machines and I was home alone. Our apartment is a 2 story building, our house has a 7 foot fence around the apartment and on the night my folks they went to the casino I heard someone knocking on our door in the back of our house. So I thought it was our neighbor because she is mental, she always comes from the back of our house. Well anyway, I went to open the door, and instead of my neighbor coming in a dog head pops out from the bottom of the door. I fell down on the floor. I use my back on the stove, my feet on the door kicking the door and yelling. Once I got that door closed stuff start to happen like crazy throughout the house. Lights turn on and off, toilet flush in the middle of the night, TV goes on and off. Whenever you come check who's watching TV, it goes off, if I go back up to my room it goes back on.

This only happen at night. We lived there for 4 years, I think the second floor and the basement are pretty much haunted because the second floor it has 2 bedrooms, it's shaped like a letter (U), in the middle of the (U) is the stair. On our last years living there this is what made we move out asap.
It happened in broad daylight, I say past 2 pm in my bedroom while I was going upstairs to my room. Just got up there and turn to my right, I see a figure on the wall and it has a shape of a Civil War soldier sitting on his horse and a dog on his side. I stare at it for about a min or 2 and noticed it moved and I freak out and ran down. Next day I went back up to my room to find it gone, I check my sister's room and my room to see if the windows are playing a trick on me like reflection from glass or trees.
That night I had my cousin come sleep over with me, play our brand new snes Street Fight 2 all night, we went to sleep around 2 or 3 am, and later on the night I got paralysis and woke up to someone touching my feet. My cousin was awake when I woke up, he said someone was touching him while he was asleep so we just turn on the game and play till the sun came out.
