Almost every day I see something or feel somebody watching me in my house I have seen a shadow of a man tall fat mean, and so did my son he has seen it and has talked to him we have seen a lady in white in the living room my dad was getting chocked thank god he is OK and we have seen a black cat run extremely fast all over the house and a lot more is going on way too scared to tell the rest.

Hey carmen... My name is Jess... Since I was a kid I could always feel spirits around me and actually feel if they are good or not. I always been scared of them and prefer to just keep away and block them out my mind.
I relate to you as to what your going through. Maybe your situation is a little more advanced than anything I can possibly handle. But it truly is amazing that you have such a gift. At times I wish I did have a gift like that just so I could talk to my father and granfather who I miss dearly...
But at the same time I rather not. Too scared lol... Well I always walk in a house and immediately feel if there is a presence in it.... Usually I don't pay any mind but when I get an uneasy feeling of someone watching me and feeling the overwhelming feeling of fright..
