Sunset Beach 23rd Street is haunted by a lot of ghosts, a dog, a wife, and a demon. The demon will hold you down and choke you. I know because this has happened to two of my friends. My tattoo artist friend was able to draw a picture of this thing. Before it attacks you will hear chains ringing and then get choked.
The dog is rather nice as well as the wife, just look out if you ever see a black shadow running around because it isn't a dog!!.

We were sitting on the beach talking around 1 am and out of nowhere we saw two people which looked like a man and a child walking fully clothed out of the ocean. We both looked at each other panicked and ran back to our beach house.
We both stood on our deck for a minute looking at the figures and they both were just standing still. They suddenly disappeared. We walked back to take a closer look and there was no one.
