We moved into our house about six years ago. Within the first week I saw a kid in my backyard through the window. He was about 18 or 19 (I think. ) He was shirtless with denim shorts, a belt, and sneakers. His underwear was hanging out. He just stood there staring at me. I would have thought he was alive, but he was translucent. My husband came up behind me and asked who it was. Of course I had no idea, but I felt validated that I wasn't the only one seeing him.
Later that day the police were on our block because there had been reports of a ''man'' with that description hopping fences from house to house. Police couldn't find him or any evidence of him, but when one of the older neighbors came home from church and heard the ruckus, she knew exactly who it was. Apparently there was a young couple living with the kid's mom. The girlfriend was mentally unstable and would often freak out and run through the neighbor's backyard jumping fences, and her boyfriend would follow her trying to keep her safe. Not sure if any of it is true, but she said that the couple died strangely while talking things out one night in their car, apparently from asphyxiation.
Also inside my house my son and I often see a shadow in the hall. I thought I was the only one seeing it, but when I mentioned it to my husband, he said our son had mentioned it to him. We both had the same description of a young girl with long straight hair, peaking around the corner. When you'd look she'd pull back, and you would see her hair blow in the wind as she went. She also spoke to my son. She called him Peter, ''Peter, is that you? I can't see you clearly. '' He was four when it happened, so I believe him (because this isn't how a 4-year-old speaks. ) He doesn't hear her anymore, but we still see her black shadowy figure often.

We also have a ghost dog. We hear its nails on the floor walking up and down the hall, drinking out of the toilet (when our dogs are all locked in our bedroom or outside), and occasionally our other dogs (we talk to the ghost dog like it's ours) will stop in the hall and wag their tails furiously like they're meeting another dog and start jumping around, but we don't see anything. We're relocating soon for work, and everything is getting very very active. We have bumps in the night, someone whispering my name, voices talking, but muffled, and a ton of shadow figures. Maybe they are sad we're leaving. I know we are!.

I was sitting on a Saturday afternoon at Veterans Park in Sylmar. Looking at my phone then turned to look at my right and saw a boy about early 20s sitting cross leg in the grass looking at the party below.
