I went to wells Elementary grew up around the corner. I used to get up on the roof after closing and just sit and think. No light no flash just stars and sky like Tehachapi is prone to show. Maybe the flash was from test flights at Edwards.

Stand in city Park facing well Elementary School by the bathroom area looking towards the old running track after midnight. Sometimes you can see a very eerie little boy running around. It happens at random times.
Sometimes walking along the school at any time day or night you can see people staring through the blinds and watching what's going on.
