I lived in an apartment on 208th Street by Denker for about 6 years, and there was something else there. I would see shadows, and We have have cold spots. The cabinets would open. One night I was in the living room, and all of a sudden the clock radio turned on in the bedroom. This isn't a newer clock radio. The thing is almost 40 years old, and the switch that was hard to move was in the on position. I had some cats that lived with me. One would run around

like it was chasing something or just sit and stare at nothing. I had 2 of them get sick and just before it was time to let them go they both went to

the same spot in the apartment that they had always avoided and wouldn't leave until it was time to go to the vet. Whatever was there with us wasn't evil. It was just there. My husband and I lovingly called him Jorge, and we said bye when we moved out.

This isn't so much a Ghost Sighting, but it was something that was happening in Los Angeles in the 1970'. We lived near the area where the famous shootout happened with the L. A. P. D. And the SLA that's the group that kidnapped Patty Hearst. It didn't end well for the SLA. They were all killed in a small house in Los Angeles. Then the house caught on fire and burned to the ground. At night there have been reports of wailing coming from the still empty lot the house sat on. It's sad and frightening because you can hear cries of agony. My Mother said that when the house burnt down someone should have salted the ground, so the spirits could rest in peace. I never heard of that, but it made sense considering the circumstances of deaths. Don't know if that phenomena is still going on, haven't been back to that area in over 35 years.
