JC Penney in the Visalia mall is haunted. The lights turn off and on daily. They have had many electricians out to fix it but none are able to locate a problem and figure out why the lights turn off and on.

W. Meadow Dr. I used to live here the kitchen is a space about 4ft. By 10ft. And when you look into the kitchen there are two walls at the entrance. One on either side of you. Walk all the way forward and turn arround.
