I didn't see it, but my husband did. He was walking our dog early one morning (around 6 a.m.) He saw this very pale woman in Victorian looking clothes holding a child that looked about four years old. All of a sudden our dog started to growl. (He's never done.) My husband turned around to pick up the poop, and when he turned back around she was gone! This was on Morella and Kling. There was no way she would've gone that fast without my husband seeing

I lived in an apartment on Corteen Place. I would always see movement out of the corner of my eyes. One night while watching TV the knob to the front door turned 2 separate times, the third time I ran up and opened the door and no one was there.
Also while I was changing my cat's litter pan in the hallway all of the hair stood up on the back of my neck and I looked up and saw the reflection of a person behind me, but when I turned around there was no one there.
Lots of noise in the master bedroom at night like someone sitting down and getting up from the toilet and the sounds of things moving around on the sink counter. I said to my landlord ''hey Debbie in my apartment...'' she interrupted me and said ''oh she's back? Just put rock salts in the corner and she'll leave you alone.''.
