I want to warn whoever is thinking of moving to this apartment on Vanowen Street! In the garage two men have committed suicide. I lived in Apt 306 (or 303) I can’t really remember. A woman was haunting the place I lived in. The activity mostly happened in the small room and the bathroom. She will stare at you while you were in the bathroom or walk through you. She would make a lot of noises in both rooms. The bed would be slammed back in forth. I would hear it while in living room. Sometimes she would be in the kitchen. I don’t recommend this apartment as I know of a guy that died in one of the apartments, so be careful.

At my apartment on Sepulveda Boulevard was haunted. When you walk through the door you can feel a demonic presence there. In the middle of the night you can feel that your pinned down to your bed also you can hear growling and like an evil laugh.

One night I saw 4 people standing in the closet point to the wall across the room.
