Let me start off by saying doesn't matter where you live in Visalia it's most likely haunted. Especially downtown, those are the oldest buildings, so don't be surprised if they emit a weird vibe. And it's an old small town.
I'm guessing maybe the Indians cursed the land so that your ghost stays here when you die, that's why people see a lot of old timey looking ghosts and why there's so many creepy people wandering around.
I've noticed the
strongest activity though is by the house on Houston and Cecil and houses by Saint Johns. Hope this helps.|

Comment by anonymous: It's super weird that you mention Indians cursing the land because that is the exact belief I have about why Visalia has such an evil feeling... Of being watched and under surveillance and everyone is (forcibly? ) on a very low psychological and spiritual vibration.
There is a lot of negative astral energy and ''demonic'' interference. While at the same time we live under the beauty and mystery of the Sierra Nevada. I feel grateful to live in such a strange place where so much is hidden but the vibe is not a pleasant or light one.
Alright so I live in the Shannon Ranch house all the way down Demaree. It is about a few hundred yards from the St. John's river. I have always been into the paranormal.
