I lived in a two story house in Visalia California and there was a girl that floated at the bottom of the stairs. I was so scared at night I had to lay asleep right by the stairs.

There is a house off of Caldwell and shirk, I don't know if it's privately owned because I have never been in it. But I do know that it is not being occupied. You can tell. Every time I drive by there it is always so spooky and weird.

Last night I drove by there (not because I wanted to but because I had to) and as I turned to look at the house I saw this faded white foggy light by the window. I turned back to see and there was nothing there.
I wanted to go back and check it out but I was too scared. Does anybody know anything about this house?.
