I know first hand that the Wal-Mart in West Hills is haunted. There has been from what I know at least 3 deaths there. One of which was someone I knew personally. I was in the basement at night and I was 100% certain I was alone and I saw on more than a handful of occasions a black figure go past the isles of steel (bins).
Also there's two restrooms with a single toilet in each and every so often the toilet in the men's flushes on it's own.

I am convinced that we lived in a haunted house on Neddy Avenue for 12 years from 2001-2013. So many things happened in those years. My husband used to see shadow people on the street. My daughter was pulled from her bed when she was 10.
My husband and his friend also heard little kids laughing in the middle of the night in our family room. My husband was choked while laying in bed. We heard growling in the middle of the night. Our dogs used to bark at the wall and was refused to enter our bathroom.
My daughters Bible was ripped apart on new year's eve. There is so much more to tell...
