I used to live on Gibson Road near the Gibson Mansion. I believe in ghosts now. Many years back my family lived in a small home that at the time only had one bathroom. There were six of us. YES, families use to know how to make do with what they could afford. This ghost would unlock attic latches and float throughout the hallway to watch over my siblings and parents.
After speaking to some of the neighbors they claimed this same ghost would wonder their homes too. Not sure I'd like to live with a ghost again. Years passed, and we moved to the southern area of Woodland; the ghost followed or something did. We can still hear noises, see images, and someone calling your name. It's unnerving. Us kids are all grown and moved out, some out of town. Our parents remain in the home, and only Mother experiences things. Us children do not like to visit due to the ghosts that remain in that home.

I haven't seen any ghosts in Woodland but I've heard stories about Woodland like Freeman Elementary School where there used to be a tree house where some kids used to play then suddenly one fell off the tree and hit his head onto a rock and died and his ghost is still there. Then that in that same spot they found arrows, Indian arrows...
Beamer elementary school: I heard that that school is built on top of an old cemetery and that in the bathrooms a young woman or girl appears in the mirrors scaring anyone who goes in. I heard about this from the old janitor that used to work there...
WHS: I heard that in WHS some girl died there by the cafeteria, I don't know where exactly but it's close to there and that at night you can see a ghost roaming, that I was told.... Woodland has a lot of stories but if they are true or not, that we need to find out o.o.
