Comment by Kerrick: Yes the house was originally owned by the Mast family, Bill Maddocks owns it and the 80 acres that goes with it now.

This is an experience that my family and I have been experiencing in our wild wings area home. Brand new housing area but immediately after moving in about 7 years ago we have witnessed things moving around on it's own tall black figures with defined head, and shoulders feeling like someone is in the room with you but nobody is there doors closing blinds swaying right in front of your eyes etc.

We experience these things every once in a while then we end up forgetting about the latest occurrence then something else will present itself. I did some research about the history of the land this new housing development prior to homes being built and I found out that Woodland had a couple Native American tribes that settled in/around the wild wings community during an epidemic that killed several members of the tribes. So if you reside in the Woodland community and claim paranormal activity to be in your home I wouldn't doubt it. There is a strong history that many present day Woodland residents are unaware of.
