Across the street from the Richard Nixon Library is Highland Ave which used to be called Herb Warren Hwy. When I was in high school there was a spot you could park back there where you could be loud and do stupid things. Anyways one of those days myself and 2 other guys parked and were going to read verses of the Bible :) when we saw a guy's figure walking right in front of our car. Without a doubt in any of our minds it was a ghost. Old style

I have another story here that happened 11 years ago when I fist moved into my condo. This story happened just a couple of weeks ago. I awoke from a nap on my couch in the living room just in time to see the specter of a person across from me just rising up out of her chair. The person was very old and fragile looking and as she began to rise out of her chair she and the chair faded away. I have long thought there was an invalid or a very elderly person living here at one time.
