My family and I lived in a very old house in the Sutter Buttes on West Butte Road about two miles south of the Sac. Outing Gun Club. The house was part of the old Brady Ranch, but at the time we lived there (1977-81) it was owned by a gentleman named R. Wilbur. As a young boy of the age of five you usually would like to sleep fairly close to your parents, but they slept upstairs, and I would have none of it. In the southwestern most upstairs room there was

a young woman who passed in there. I have no idea from what, but whatever it was she was not happy about it. My parents, my uncle, and friends of my parents

who had been in that room had some sort of unexplainable occurrence.
During the evenings right as the sun sets you could look up from outside and see a female tearing at her hair pacing around the room. Even in the summer and it was hotter than hell out there then the room would always stay cold, sometimes to the point of seeing your breath and needing a coat. Downstairs many times furniture would rearrange itself. Drawers would open and close,
