One night when coming home from work about 5 past midnight I exited the I-10 freeway at Oak Glen Road. I turned left onto Oak Glen Road from the eastbound exit and went over the bridge just before the signal light. There was no other traffic out there at all, and I was the only car in the area. As I travelled just past the freeway bridge, in the center median of the road was what appeared to be either a little girl or a very short adult female.
She had

a plain beige dress on that ended at the knees. But one of the odd things was that her hair was parted down the middle but down completely covering her
|
face. She was walking towards me down the center divider at a quick pace in short little steps. I could not figure out where she had come from or where she was going, but she was very solid in form, and I saw her in the rear view mirror as I drove up the road continuing to walk up the center divider. Strangest thing I've ever seen.
