Kona Kai apartments is a fairly old complex. I remember my second month of moving in. I was up late watching television when I saw this black mass coming through the window. I was scared out of my mind! It slowly made its way towards me seeming to meander around the furniture. I felt this shocking sensation throughout my body, and I couldn't breathe at all! I live in the Waikoloa area of South Kohala. Late one evening at about 11:55 pm my friend and I was driving on Lua Kula St when we both saw a large shadow on the roadway moving in the same direction we were driving. As we stop in the middle of the road the shadow crosses in front of us and headed into the E.L. apartment complex parking lot.
