June 23, 2016. My boyfriend and I left home around 11 to go to the Kapolei DMV. We had to camp out for me to take my road test the next day. While waiting in the passenger's seat of the car, I noticed as if something unusual standing in front of the building. I couldn't really tell what it was because I don't have my glasses on. I really didn't think much of it, so I began to do what I normally do, which was go on my phone. I was on my Snapchat going through people's snap.
Then I looked out the window again, and that strange figure was still there, so I decided to take a picture but using my Snapchat. Once I zoomed in that's when it got to me, like what in the world is it? I was so frightened that I woke my boyfriend up that was sleeping on the driver's side. I'd asked him what the picture looked like. He said it looked like a girl with a Japanese dress on. The next morning I took a picture of the same very spot where I saw the girl, just to see if we were mistaking it as a sign or something.

It's the faceless ghost. I forgot what they're called but a faceless Japanese woman is seen a lot around Hawaii.
