I told them what had happened and they all fell silent. Apparently the look on my face told them I was not joking. Everyone was seated 90 degrees around the corner of the bar to my right. No one was to my left and the area is too narrow for anyone to sneak behind me without me knowing. Nothing else happened during our visit to Astoria. Submitted by Matt

The ghost of Rogue Brewery is a little girl and a mischievous one at that. She has been seen by many closing workers there. I frequent this restaurant / bar and have been told of her exploits. The back story of the cannery located on Pier 39 is that it is one of the oldest canneries in the US, and a long time ago they used child labor. This particular little girl lost her life in an accident there. Now a days she plays jokes and pranks of the pier workers after closing, usually when alone. Mostly turning off lights, giggling, and similar things. She is not a bad spirit and definitely not malicious. Just a prankster.

My previous house in Astoria is over 100 years old, Victorian, yet cheap. I always felt I wasn't alone when in the house, I never saw a figure or ghost. This may sound odd, but on the windows, not only me but many people have made out multiple faces, always an unpleasant overly detailed male's face would be seen on our windows. I have walked in the house after school as a child when no one was home, and with no reason at all I would sit outside till someone came inside.
After about two years of living there we decided to move, right before doing so the man across the street shot himself in the head on the porch, and I guess before that a man who lived alone right up the street had done the same! Not too long after we moved to Warrenton, we found out my older sister's friend once lived in that same house before us. He had told us a man had shot himself in the basement many years ago after this man's brother did the same in the orange house next door.
