My girlfriend's grandfather lived alone in an old house he bought a few years back. I can't really give any details as it's pretty easy to figure out where it is. Her grandfather told us stories for years about some shadows in the woods. He told them to everyone who would listen, and we wrote it off as paranoia or perhaps dementia (although he was perfectly mentally sound otherwise). He had to go to Portland for surgery and treatment.

and keep an eye on his cat, we naturally said yes. He warned us that we might see frightening things, but again we didn't take his words very seriously. We had a very enjoyable time watching the waves and walking the beach.
Obviously there were pandemic restrictions, so it was a pretty barebones ''vacation,'' but it was enough for us. We never saw any ''shadows'' in the woods or experienced anything strange inside until our third night. My girlfriend

I saw a UFO sighing in Cannon Beach at Sea Ranch RV. 8/29/2020 object was flying way too fast to be a satellite and wasn't a plane....
