There is a house across from Mae Richardson Elementary School (past the school going west) that rents the second story out as a separate apartment. I think it's a two bedroom apartment on top of this house.
Anyway when I was young (30 years ago) my aunt and cousin rented the space. My cousin would stash his toys in a closet underneath the stairs that led to the roof (if I remember correctly... I do believe the closet was right off of the kitchen).

cousin would always complain that ''Adam'' would take / hide his toys. Apparently ''Adam'' was a ghost and he had to live there forever and he was very

demanding about what toys were his and what toys were my cousins(keep in mind this was coming from a child that was maybe 5. ).
My cousin used to yell/scream in the closet at ''Adam'' because he would make him mad about one thing or another. When I was a kid - I just sort of assumed my cousin was making it all up.
Fast forward 15 years later. A friend of mine rented the space with another roommate. His girlfriend was telling me that the
