The story of the ghost admiring Lower Table Rock is very true. I have witnessed this myself, so has my brother. And his best friend's whole family. This ghost is all white and all you see is the white and the shape of him.
He only wanders around the area at night. It looks like he is just going for a harmless night time stroll, walks back and forth on a drive way at the bottom of lower Table Rock all night long, he some times disappears for a few hours or so but always reappears.

*I forgot to add something to this* I have had experience with spirits my entire life and I guarantee that this spirit is harmless. When I look at him I get the immediate feeling of him being harmless, peaceful, and just taking walks to think about stuff.

This ghost may be confused and repeating his last moments of life... But he is in no way a danger. .
