was discovered, many people around town started claiming they've seen him walking on the dike and near the railroad tracks collecting cans. Some say they've seen him on the same bridge he fell from looking down at the water, visibly confused.

I saw a woman in a grungy sack dress and dirty looking shirt and vest walking on the side of hwy 30 east bound near Taylorville. She had no purse or back pack and was walking with her head down just looking at her feet, this was in the morning, she was walking toward Clatskanie.

I went to an event near St. Helens. About 6 hours later I saw this same woman near Alston walking towards Clatskanie, she had nothing with her, walking with her head down as I was driving back home. I drove up and over the hill and stopped at Safeway in Clatskanie and got a Gatorade.

Got back on the road, drove up Bradly Hill, and on my way down the hill here is this same woman walking down the hill head down not looking around. She was never hitch hiking that I saw and she was always walking facing the traffic.
She was in her 30s, I would guess slight build, short brown hair, looked dirty and she just seemed out of it.

This is not a ghost story but when I was walking over the Longview bridge I saw some lights. I thought it was a house on the hill, then I realized this thing was not on the hill but it was floating up in the air. It was around 3 am, and when I was almost off the bridge it vanished. I'm thinking it could have been a UFO.
