Anyway before they started remodeling it we went in there and went to the roof came back downstairs because we heard noises then went back up to the roof where my initials were written on the closed door we left open.
I know it wasn't written on it earlier because we opened the door what made it all the eerier was the first letters of my friends names were the same as my initials. A few months later me and some different friends went in there again

found a dogs collar tied to the door knob but cut off at the end a dog should be on the third floor or second the floor was covered in hair, and what

looked like dried blood I left right away but my friends went to the basement were they found a garbage can with what they described as rotting flesh ''it smelled horrible and looked gooey'' as they said we assume a homeless man was staying there and went loopy.
Had to relay my experiences in that building somehow.

Comment by Kate: You're right, there are homeless people living in there. My brother went in there and saw them.. But that's still super creepy!.
