It felt just like someone sat down on me. I was awake and still felt it. Then another time I was in bed and turned to see the faint appearance of a man standing beside the bed, then it disappeared. The kids had things in their room that had been moved around.
One day a horrendous smell like something dead was coming from a closet and we called the landlords who sent someone out but nothing was ever found.

I believe the ghost of a little boy about 6 or 7 years old visits our home which is east of the Lancaster Bridge townhouses. He is not a mean spirit but does have a sense of humor and loves to tease you.

He has tickled you at night to wake you and generally seems to want attention. There is also a woman with dark hair to visits us. I once was startled by her when I woke from a nap. As I was getting up I felt like I ran into her and then she passed through me.
Several guests in our home have either seen the little boy or the woman. I do not feel they are here to do harm but also feel they watch us.
