I was living in an apartment on 8th Street. One night I was downstairs and I saw a lower portion of a mans arm. It was translucent. Having had experiences my whole life in numerous places I recognized the distress that the spirit was putting off.

He did not mean harm. I could feel he was startled and realized I saw him so he continued to make his presence known until we moved. I stepped outside and later mentioned it to a few others. The others in the apartment building had said there was a murder or something in these apartments.
No one really knew details. I have seen him in the closet in our upstairs apartment and out in the grass area in between the apartments. Apartment #4. He was older and hunched over. Wool coat with dark colors.
I have seen him only at the apartments there.
