Comment by Nancy: I have heard a horn that was put into a pickup truck that sounds exactly like a train horn. This was out in Cave Junction.

In Eagle Point we were sitting out in the drive way my mom my cousin and me across the street at the mail boxes we saw a girl that looked homless and had salty gray hair also had a mean face like she was protecting something and she has also been sighted looking threw the window at the apartments.
