I contacted local law authorities which could only make occasional patrol of the area. I also got the Hugo Neighborhood Society involved. Luckily, we pushed the state and the county to clean up the cemetery such as clearing out all of the widespread overgrown scotch broom and to thin out and cut down all the dead rotten hazardous trees. were busy maintaining the grounds for the upcoming Annual ''Father's Day-Steam Tractor Show'' at Pottsville Museum just about a quarter mile away from the cemetery. I decided to take a walk with my dog Bear over to the cemetery while everyone worked mowing grass, etc. It was a fairly nice morning for a walk. I walked Bear on his leash over to the cemetery and up the hill, up the now cleared foot path between the line of graves. It was nice and quiet,
