My children moved into a mobile home and now people are coming close to there house and not saying anything just staring at them in the daytime and night has anyone else had this happen to them.

The house we are renting right now off of Redwood highway has someone here. My 3 year old will not sleep in his room because he says there is a man in there. I see shadows moving around and my husband and I hear footsteps going through the house when the kids are sleeping.
When we check behind us expecting to see one of them there is nobody there. I heard a man's voice in my ear in the middle of the day when my kids and I were watching TV. It sounded like it said a sentance but it talked too fast for me to know what it was saying.
The TV in my kids' room turns on and off and raises/lowers the volume when nobody is in there and there are constantly sounds of things falling. It's startling but it doesn't seem bad.
