the book, she asked me if I'd ever visited the Sexton Family Plot at the ''Pleasant Valley Cemetery'' located in Hugo? I told her I hadn't, I didn't know where it was! She exclaimed to me that I should go there and pay my respects, she gave me vague directions of how to get there, that the cemetery was near where Monument Drive intersects with Pleasant Valley Road. I thanked her as we said our goodbyes.

and began browsing through some more books for a few minutes. I picked up a book titled ''They Settled The Applegate Valley'', I quickly flipped through

its pages until I noticed and read a long paragraph which was written about my Uncle Archie McAllister and Blanche Sexton McAllister. I immediately decided that I wanted this book, so I bought it and I left the establishment. I was living for quite some time north of Grants Pass about thirty miles in Douglas County. As I began driving out of Grants Pass headed north up I-5 I decided that I might try to locate the ''Pleasant Valley Cemetery'' and make an attempt
