I have lived in Gresham,Oregon the majority of my live and I have never seen anything or heard anything out of the ordinary, up until the past year. I live in a semi old house and at night around the same time 2:00 am to 4:00 am.
I hear footsteps within my bathroom and the footsteps make their way across my room down to my night stand to this old wooden chair that I sit in when I get on my laptop. It sits in the chair and it squeaks loudly waking me up around that time and then my computer happens to turn on.
It startles me because I remember turning it off. At first I though maybe I was just tired and maybe I did forget to turn it off and it was just me but after that night it became more and more frequent to where it happened every night and it really started scaring me.
