The Mirror: During the mid 1990s Hillsboro, Cornelus, and Forest Grove had an abundance of antique malls with wonderful deals on great things. My parents found an old 100-year-old mirror at one of these shops and decided to put it above our fireplace in the living room. Late at night when going to get water in the kitchen my father, brother, and I would see shadows walking in it, one of which was a darker entity. When we moved out of the home

in 2010 we took the mirror with us. Today it sits in my living room at my new place. Since leaving the house, none of us have ever seen a single shadow

The 1940s Music: When I was really young my brother and I shared a room on the bottom floor. Late at night we would both wake up on multiple occasions hearing faint 1940s era music complimented with faint voices coming from the living room.
