Located just off Greensprings and Riverside Drive. I would hear the usually creaking and settling that you would expect to come from an older dwelling. Although oftentimes I would experience unexplained cold spells. I never felt comfortable in the unit alone. However I myself never experienced any sightings. It was my then 8 year old boy who did indeed witness a ghost sighting. One Saturday morning he went to the kitchen to grab some cereal. I was in the living room. I heard him drop something and start whimpering, but he didn't move.      I asked him several times what was wrong. After about a good minute he came running into the living room and reported seeing a man in a grey war type of uniform, with long hair, brown hollow eyes, and a half gone face starring at him. He said this ghostly figure wasn't threatening, but it was undoubtedly present. The terror in his eyes I could tell he wasn't making the story up. And still to this day 5 years later, he will tell the same story, word, word, with no gaps, or exaggerations in his story. The man in the grey uniform was never spotted again thereafter by him or myself, but there was a spooky, yet non threatening aura in the apartment. .
