I would babysit my niece, but I never took her to the park. I just think about how a place so innocent became so tainted. Poor Dana, she didn't deserve to die that way in that place that night. Of course, the person sitting behind bars I don't believe is the right person. The what if's have always haunted me. Submitted by Janelle

I was walking my son's Black Lab in the park at around 7 am. As we headed back towards my pickup, I thought I heard someone laugh or giggle. As we neared the swing set one swing was gently swinging a couple of feet each way. There was no wind, and none of the other swings was moving. Suddenly the dog started barking furiously at the swing area with his hackles up and all stiff legged. The swing stopped moving, and the dog stopped barking. We walked through the swing area, but there was nothing more.

Comment by Travis: My mom was a nurse about that time. I've heard this case. She died at the hospital.

The woman was murdered in 1983. She was not at EOU she had just gotten off work when her ex got her to go to the park. He was the one responsible for her brutal murder.
