While the Kuhn theatre was closed my daughter who worked the concession stand heard a voice call her name when no one else was in the building. One day when the theatre was closed I was painting a wall when I heard and saw the door knob of the adjoining room turning back and forth. I called the police who searched the theatre and found no one. I had heard that when the theatre was built in 1932 that a little girl fell to her death from the balcony to the lobby floor. I managed the theatre for 4 years. My projectionist said he felt someone hug him. Apparently others have also felt the brief hug. You get a sense of not being alone in the quiet late night hours.

My house is haunted by 4 ghosts. One of them is a little girl, one's her mom and the 3rd is her grandpa, the 4th has nothing to do with them. It's the old man that owned the house before me, he keeps working on the garage and 2nd floor.
