If you drive to Roads End beach in Lincoln City, Oregon, then there's this secret beach that one can only access at low tide. I've vacationed there two years in a row, and on both occasions I've come across the same couple in the same clothes warning me about high tide. The woman had blonde wet hair with pail skin and piercing blue eyes. she had on a large yellow windbreaker sort of jacket. I wonder if they got swept up in high tide and are now warning people to be cautious of high tide. Otherwise, it was just a very weird coincidence.

I am on this site to see if there are any ghost sightings in Lincoln City or specifically at Siletz Bay. It happened last night (2-14-2016) around 11:30 pm. It was a rainy night with some wind I was walking our two dogs towards the beach. (We stayed at the looking glass inn.) When we got to the covered area where visitors can barbecue our two dogs suddenly stopped and stared ahead. I looked ahead and saw a silhouette of a skinny human figure jumping / moving in front of the sign that says ''49.'' Then the object ran towards the bushes on the right. I turned my flashlight on thinking that some beach goers might have taken shelter in the bushes.
As we went past that area I cannot see a pathway. The bushes were intact. We kept going, but our two dogs just kept on pulling me to go back. I went back the next morning, and I cannot see any pathways or bushes that were disturbed. I just find this weird. Been going to Lincoln city every year for the last seven years, and it's my first time to experience this, and we often walk our dogs at later times.
