My apartment complex has ghosts or paranormal activity. At night, the lights in my house flicker on and off, my neighbors TV changes channels by itself, no matter how warm the house is, there is a really cold breeze on the right side of my body when I lay in bed, my lotion bottle fell by itself, and I see ghosts out of the corner of my eyes at night.
A man overdosed on pills in my apartment, way before I even rented it, and he died in my apartment. Rumor has it, the apartments on north ivy Street used to be an old motel and an old dance studio.

There is a train tunnel in Ashland Oregon, that is know for several deaths.. It is known that back in the 1800's there was a train wreck that killed several people. After that day there has been unexplainable incidents where young boys wore struck by a train when no train is running.
Also in that tunnel at night you can see the trains light, hear it's whistle and smell the smoke. Along with hearing people talking and later screams. We believe that's because they wore burned alive in this tunnel.
