My father in-law was at Providence for 7 days before he passed away. He went downhill rapidly by day 5. He was in the ICU for complications from COPD. Eighteen hours before he passed he came out of his resting state and was looking around the room. He became extremely upset, saying to get all these people's heads out of his room. When asked where he pointed to, he was very confused almost fearful. For three days before he passed he would randomly wake up all alert and ask why he heard a train. He was upset. Nobody else heard it when he could hear it clear and loud. He was always a very clear headed matter of fact man.

I was running on Vawter Road off of South Stage and saw a man following me. When I hid behind a tree to escape him he only kept running and ran right through a wall.

Comment by anonymous: My great aunt used to live on Vawter Road. She claimed her house was built on top of an old Nordic cemetery from the first settlers of Medford. I left the room after my aunt had passed away due to cancer, and when I came back all the tables chairs everything were all turned over. I was the only one in the house and the street at that time.
