Several years ago my father was diagnosed with cancer and had to have part of one of his kidneys removed. My family all went to the Hospital and waited while he was in surgery. My daughter was uneasy the entire time. She would appear to be in a daze and not respond when spoken to. She felt nauseous and refused to eat, even though we were there for over 12 hours. She started to feel exhausted and started getting dark circles under her eyes. After we finally left she started to act like herself. She told me she didn't remember being there. She could remember the ride there and back, but nothing in between. She did however know she did not want to go back. After we got home she slept for at least 12 hours. My daughter has insomnia and rarely sleeps for than 3 to 4 hours at a time. She kept telling me something was wrong with that place and refused to visit her grandfather until he got home. She wouldn't even speak with him on the phone until he left the hospital. I didn't feel comfortable there either. It felt like someone was right behind you all the time. Unfortunately I was the only one in my family who was not working at the time, so I was the one who got to go sit with him every day. I felt very anxious on the way there and watched the clock until we could leave. It wasn't until I was in my car driving home that I could relax. Providence Medical Center has a wonderful staff but I wouldn't want to have to go back there ever again.

I had a lot of feelings at Jackson Elementary. I felt being watched in the girls' bathroom upstairs by the little lockers, felt someone whispering behind me. It's very odd. It is also rumored that Jackson had many death scenes. Submitted by Anonymous
Comment by Anthony: When the old school was torn down. I was walking with a friend. I heard a little girl age 5-8 scream from in the building; no way a little girl can climb through all that rubble.
