My family lost their home when they had to drain their savings after my younger brother was in a serious moto-x accident. They filed bankruptcy and had to opt to rent an older home to get the room they needed.
The address is Marshall in south Medford off of king's highway. When we were moving their things in it almost felt like someone was following you and watching you move around the house. For the first few months (they moved in in July of 2010) there was just a feeling of an extra person or two in the room.

By November the ''people'' shall we say were becoming more active... Thanksgiving of that year my husband was standing in the kitchen and had a bowl physically lifted and thrown at him. We were all in the room and all saw it.

However being seasonably inebriated we all laughed it off. More months went by and the entire family would have things move disappear and hear noises. The watchful presence became more prevalent in the house and just this last week the last week of August 2011 I received a phone call from my mother.
She was in the shower and heard a loud noise on the locked bathroom door. She peeked her head out and saw the door being tugged on very hard and saw it banging back and forth against the door frame.
She was home alone. She jumped out the shower and the banging stopped. She turned the water off and the TV in the living room turned up from the living room and she then heard loud scraping on the hardwood outside the bathroom door.
