Not exactly a ghost sighting - we were driving around Neskowin trying to find a place to get to the beach. Finally we parked in the driveway of an empty house for sale and walked up between the houses.
Just as we saw the beach we saw a tree, blackened with fire, with a hangman's noose hanging on it! We all got chills up and down our spine and left quickly, never to return to creepy Neskowin.
